The Ronald Larry Scholarship Fund was established in 2004 by a generous donation from our Founding Partner and First Anniversary Sponsor: Mr. Ronald Larry. Mr. Ronald Larry is associated with the Aerospace Corporation. The Ronald Larry Scholarship Fund will focus on outreach programs that motivate high school students from diverse backgrounds and under-served communities to consider and prepare for careers at a four (4) year accredited college/university in any major. Established in 2005, as a direct result of Hurricane Katrina, the mission of the Katrina Disaster Relief Fund is to give needed support to the New Orleans, Louisiana citizens to help rebuild their community. More importantly, the long-term goal of the Katrina Disaster Relief Fund will be to provide planned funding for relief, recovery, and advocacy efforts for any city, state, or country whose citizens have been displaced by a natural disaster. The James Herman "Spark" Butler Scholarship Fund was established on February 3, 2006 in memory of James H. Butler who served as an employee for Fortune 500 Fluor Corporation for over 40 years. The mission of the James Herman Butler Scholarship Fund Program is to assist communities and educational organizations to accomplish economic and business success. The James Herman "Spark" Butler Scholarship Fund Program's mission is to build relationships with our communities in the U.S. and abroad, employees and clients as we partner to make a positive impact in our global communities. Once the fund is strongly endowed, the future prospect will be philanthropy ventures primarily aimed to support low-income students education-related and human services needs.
