JBead Foundation, Inc. is proud to announce our collaboration and acquisition of Butler Capital Investor Group (BCIG), LLC and their newest fund, Butler Properties Fund, LLC, to acquire long-term capital for the Foundation’s Community Outreach Programs.

BCIG is an expanding, ambitious, innovative new company that intends to grow at more than 50% per year through solid investment strategies, customer service, and a great sales plan. BCIG is an asset, investment, business solutions, human resource management, and consulting company based in Los Angeles, California.

While many people hope one day to purchase their own home, cultural barriers and shortages in affordable housing are just two of the issues that can prevent these dreams from materializing. Butler Properties, LLC is working to keep these dreams alive. Butler Properties Fund, LLC will not only define success by the number of properties closed and sales volume but also by whether people were helped in the process.

The mission of Butler Properties Fund, LLC is to increase minority homeownership in the Los Angeles area and eventually move into similar markets within the United States and international countries. Butler Properties Fund, LLC will target the low-income, affordable housing market, with a focus on acquisition of the following type properties:

  • Commercial Properties
  • Residential Properties
  • Land, Tax Liens, and Deeds
  • Bill Boards
  • Residential Care Facilities
  • Mobile Home Parks
  • Apartment Complexes (small and large)
  • Low Income Housing
  • Storage Facilities

Butler Properties Fund, LLC will research the market to acquire between $20,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00 in assets. The Fund will also seek to provide stable income and long-term growth for the Foundation’s Program Funds Development!
