Health Information Resources

The principle of expanding opportunities for all Americans, particularly within communities disproportionately affected by lack of adequate healthcare, is consistent with the mission and vision of the Center for Health Services (CHSR) Fund. Therefore, our mission on this page is to bring to the community a list agencies and resources to create a greater awareness of health outcomes.

The CHSR Fund is "a collaborative community-based approach" that involves equitability of all partners in the research process and recognizes the unique strengths that each brings. The CHSR Fund believes that if we combine knowledge and action for social change this will improve community health and eliminate health disparities. The information on this page should create dialogue in our community about health care while creating goals of improving health and well being for all Americans, regardless of cultural heritage.
