JBead Foundation Human Resources Department will recruit and train staff for employment. The Human Resources Department will oversee benefits of all JBead Foundation employees, while recruiting companies to coordinate, advertise, and staff events. The focus of JBead Foundation Human Resources Department will be to seek out and develop new partnerships that expand opportunities and enhance diversity practices in corporate America and other institutions abroad.
